Amarillos...

I am so excited! I noticed today in my garden that my Amarillos bulbs from last year are showing signs of life. Our friend Nancy who died this year gave them to us as a gift last Xmas. She would be delighted to know that they will bloom once again. She was a great lover of gardening having become a master gardnerer and volunteering at Strybing Aboretum in the Golden Gate Park. Below is how the flower looked last year. I can't wait to see the blooms this year. Stay tuned!
