My first blog...
I have been fascinated with the idea of a blog. It seems to me like a resurrection of the diaries of the 19th century with a 21st century twist. I am going to try this out and see how it goes. I have never kept a record of my life before. Remains to be seen whether I will find this a good medium and a worthy pursuit, but I am willing to give it a go. Happy blogging!!!

Nice start! What would help me keep up, would be if you enabled RSS syndication for your blog. Then I would get automatic notifivations of updates, and wouldn't have to remember to check the web site for updates. If you want to do this, under your Blogger dashboard, select "settings" then "site feed" and then turn ON "Publish Site Feed" and set "Descriptions" to "Full". Then click on "Save Settings".
